Common questions

When does a multiplier apply?

Multipliers apply automatically based on when the call is logged — not when the load was booked. After-hours is 6pm–6am local time. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Emergency calls must be flagged by the dispatcher at time of logging.

What's the difference between credits and per-call pricing?

They are the same thing — credits are just a friendlier unit. 1 credit = $0.50. Buying credit bundles upfront locks in a discount (up to 30%) vs paying call-by-call at standard rates.

What's included in Growth that isn't in Starter?

Growth gives you a dedicated dispatcher who knows your lanes, a 2-hour check-in SLA, and exception handling bundled into the flat rate. Weekend calls are included — no multipliers. Starter is usage-based; Growth is fully predictable.

Can I see my billing in real time?

Yes. Your client portal shows every call logged against your loads, itemized with call type, duration, any multipliers applied, and the exact amount. You can also see a projected monthly total based on your current pace.

Is the subscription fee in addition to per-call charges?

On Solo and Starter, the monthly fee covers platform access. Per-call charges are additional. Growth, Pro, and Enterprise are all-inclusive flat rates — no per-call charges on top.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
