On the Starter plan, you pay per dispatch call. Every call is logged, timestamped, and itemized in your billing dashboard. No hidden fees.

Common Questions

When does a multiplier apply?

Multipliers apply automatically based on when the call is logged — not when the load was booked. After-hours is 6pm–6am local time. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Emergency calls must be flagged by the dispatcher at time of logging.

What's included in Growth that isn't in Starter?

Growth gives you a dedicated dispatcher who knows your lanes, a 2-hour check-in SLA, exception handling in the flat rate (no per-exception charges), and priority after-hours coverage. Weekend calls are also included in the flat rate — no multipliers.

Can I see my billing in real time?

Yes. Your client portal shows every call logged against your loads, itemized with call type, duration, any multipliers applied, and the exact amount. You can see a projected monthly total based on your current pace at any time.

Is the subscription fee in addition to per-call charges?

On Starter, the $299 monthly fee covers platform access and the shared dispatcher pool. Per-call charges are additional and billed monthly based on actual usage. Growth and Enterprise plans are all-inclusive flat rates — no per-call charges on top.
